UTMOST III is a device characterization and device modeling tool. UTMOST III is used to extract complete sets of nonlinear model parameters based on precision DC, CV, Noise and S-parameter characterization. UTMOST III can be used in place of Agilent (HP) ICCAP, ProPlus BSIMPro and BSIMProPlus, Synopsys Aurora, Accelicon MQA and Accelicon MBP and provides the following key features:

• Characterization and model extraction for MOS, BJT, Diode, JFET, GaAs, SOI and TFT devices
• Supports widest selection of measurement equipment drivers and prober drivers from a variety of vendors including Agilent (HP), Keithley, Tektronics, RACAL, Cascade, Alessi, Electroglas, Karl Suss, TKS, Wentworth and RK
• Comprehensive selection of DC, AC, Noise, transient, and capacitance test routines
• Fully interactive, semi-automated or batch-mode operation is supported
